At Mamma Rosas, we believe that great pizza starts with great dough. That’s why we take the time to ferment ours for a full 48 hours – resulting in a crust that’s light, airy, and full of flavour. We’ve been perfecting our craft for over 15 years, serving the local community with pride, and making sure every pizza that leaves our kitchen is made with love.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Place was recommended by a friend of the owner we met in Sligo so we gave it a try. Best pizza and burgers we had during our holiday.  I'm not sure there are actual tables and chairs to sit down but we went for the take-out option anyway. Especially the burgers (bacon cheese) were amazing. Homemade and full of flavor. Taco fries were great too!

Very mediocre, went on a very busy night so I understand food and quality won’t be at peak, pizza wasn’t the worse but it was awfully dry. By the look of the menu, they seemed to actually specialise more in burgers, quite the contradiction considering the name. Quite the variety of burgers anyway….
