About Us

Mamma Rosa's is an authentic Italian Pizzeria and traditional fast food takeaway based in Bundoran, County Donegal.

Mamma Rosa's was founded and is run by Nico Lorusso, a professional Pizzaiolo (pizza chef) born and raised in Milan, Italy. The pizzeria is named after his mother and is strongly influenced by the southern Italian cooking styles of both Mamma Rosa and his grandmother Nonna Giovanna.

Nico aims to bring the delicious bistro taste of authentic Italian pizza to the north west of Ireland and Northern Ireland using quality ingredients and at an affordable price.

All of our pizzas are freshly made to order in a stone base pizza oven by professionally trained pizza chefs for that genuine Italian taste. We make our own pizza dough fresh every day, use quality ingredients and Mamma Rosa's own Secret Recipe tomato sauce on all of our pizzas.

Mamma Rosa's offers a wide ranging menu of authentic Italian and traditional food to cater for all tastes, which means a group of people can each have the meal of their choice delivered to their door in a single order.
